30-Day Returns

Murphy’s Outdoors accepts returns within 30 days of purchase on unused products.

Soft goods must be unused and returned in their original condition. Liquid chalk and other consumable products must be unopened and factory sealed to be eligible for a return.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Murphy’s Outdoors shipped the wrong product or the product arrived damaged.

Lifetime Soft Goods Guarantee

We stand behind the soft goods we make.

Murphy’s Outdoors soft goods are covered by a lifetime guarantee against failure from normal use. If your Murphy’s Outdoors soft good rips, tears, or otherwise fails during normal use, submit a guarantee claim with a photo showing the damage.

If the product qualifies for replacement, we’ll replace it. If the original fabric, color, or pattern is no longer available, you can choose from the materials we currently carry.

The lifetime guarantee covers product failure, not dirt, stains, discoloration, cosmetic wear, misuse, intentional damage, or damage unrelated to normal use.

Cleaning Your Murphy’s Gear

Murphy’s Outdoors soft goods can be machine washed in cold water and should be air dried.

Do not machine dry.

Dirt or staining alone is not considered product failure and is not covered by the lifetime guarantee.

Wrong or Damaged Orders

If Murphy’s Outdoors shipped the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, contact us and we’ll make it right.
